Running / Shooting biathlon event for a team of 8 cadets.

arrive at Armoury – 0815h having already had breakfast.

return to Armoury – approx 1530h.   ( cadets will have time to call or text from bus on way back)

Dress – Appropriate civilian clothing for sports / running outside.   There will be periods of intense sports / running, and then sitting / waiting.

Bring layers to keep warm.  Hat, gloves recommended.

Bring – water bottle, snacks, HEALTH CARD.

Lunch will be provided.
