Come out and play sports!   Basketball, some volleyball or dodgeball.

• Bring a water bottle.
• Non marking running shoes.
• Sports clothes ( no uniforms)
• Your valid and up to date health card.
• Yes, this is open to all cadets in 296 Sqn that are permitted to participate in sports.  ( there are a few cadets with medical limitation that cannot)
