As cadets advance in Rank – it’s important to understand the increasing responsibility they have to show, as well as the increasing number of things they have to do for promotion.

While LAC is simply 5 months in rank good service, by the time you are going go Sergeant – you must complete a level, and get exceptional marks as well during the leadership demonstration.

Cadets whom are in contention for WO2 and WO1 will have a file review of their entire cadet record, and will be interviewed by a merit review board.

When we say this is the WO2 Merit review board – this is for the candidates whom are FSgt whom have met the requirements for WO2 consideration.

WO1 board is for the cadets that are WO2 whom have met requirements for WO1 consideration.

Unless otherwise directed, uniform for that night for cadets being interviewed is C2.
