Google Classroom

Zoom meeting Setup:

Online Distance Learning is held each Wed Evening 1900-2100h for all cadets. It is accessed via a link sent out through the website each Wed.

Please ensure your online name shows your rank and last name.

We prefer you have the camera on, and unless presenting / answering question your microphone off.   It keeps down the ambient noise, but allows your peers to see you which is a more engaging presentation for all.

Process:

Cadets will join meeting.

We’ll route cadets into breakout classrooms for their level specific.

At end of night – we’ll return for closing announcements as one large group.

Ground School / Flying Scholarship

Those cadets interested in being pilots this year need to take additional training. Class runs a specific period of time ( starts in fall) , and has requirements for attendance and homework.

Extranet Account

Used to access course material, national documents – cadets and parents are encouraged to make a login to their Extranet account. Details can be found here. This will be used for activities like the Spring 2021 CAP event:

For summer training 2021 – cadets will be required to get an Office265 login. This will give cadets access to Teams, word, excel, powerpoint and more. This will be used to share information and training materials. Once this system is online – we’ll include links here on how to access.
